Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 working hours notice of change to or cancellation of your appointment, if not a 100% cancellation fee will be automatically generated and charged. If you do not arrive the full price of your treatment will be automatically generated and charged. Package vouchers are non refundable. A 10% surcharge applies for public holidays. At time of booking please notify our spa therapists of any health conditions which may effect your experience. As Sanctum Spa is extremely popular we encourage you to arrange your treatments well in advance.

Phytomer is our chosen and exclusive range of product and simply means...from the Sea... this range of product has been developed in St. Malo (France) and encorporates marine seaweeds, algae, spring waters, pure botanticals and sea muds to create a comprehensive range for Men and Women. Phytomer has been established for over 30 years and supports sustainable sea farming methods in it's fields of sea weed off the coast of St. Malo. Sanctum Day Spa is one of six only Phytomer Spas in Australia. We also retail the Phytomer range and will ship your order to anywhere in the world ....or we can simply orangise a Phytomer Basket of beautiful product for yourself or friends in their room on arrival. To book one or more of our luscious treatments simply click on the desired treatment, tell us how many people and how long you want it for. We ask also for a preferred date and time... then leave the rest to us! We will then contact you either by email or phone to confirm appointment and payment.
